Now we need to find a cloud adoption strategy to migrate any of our applications to the cloud. In the medium term, our goal is to offer more than 100 applications as software-as-a-service to our customers. We don’t want to consider only the technical aspect, but also offer a business model for the software applications, after transforming them to a software-as-service product. We are facing several challenges, as we have a heterogeneous software portfolio, several business units and teams, different technology stacks, and a lack of knowledge about operating cloud-native applications. What is our plan to make our company ready for cloud-native? How is Infrastructure as Code going to help us? How do we plan to keep our cloud resources consistent, and how do we automate the deployments of our software-as-service applications?
