Alin Ionut Popa

Alin Popa is a senior research scientist at Amazon Romania, where he specializes in developing advanced visual perception systems that aim to reach human-level performance. At Amazon, he has successfully delivered automated machine learning solutions that address customer requirements, while also innovating through patents and publications in top-tier academic venues. Prior to joining Amazon, Alin was a research scientist at Google, where he focused on developing perceptual models for human sensing.
