He is certified in Agile as a practitioner and trainer, and as a Systems Architect and Software Developer, specializing in Lean and Agile practices. He’s been part of the Emergn team for over 12 years.

The make-up of smarter Conversational Agents

This keynote will cover some of the key complexities of automating expert advice. We will share our vision for building conversational agents that balance the randomness of user context with the formal structures of experts. Specifically covering design decisions and differences between vector and graph-based approaches. In the session, we will demonstrate the progress we’ve made in building a solution based on OpenAI on top of our knowledge base contents.
