Stefan Teleu

Stefan has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years now, in different roles, starting out as a Software Developer and currently leading multiple teams as a Project Manager at Systematic for one of the company’s Command & Control software products for NATO member countries. He’s passionate about many things, but leadership, psychology and music are at the top of the list. Whether he’s strumming his guitar in Bucharest music clubs, or leading his teams to success, he’s the kind of person who likes to bring the best out of people while creating an environment where everyone feels safe, they are encouraged to grow and most importantly, to have fun!
