Systematic returns as Main Partner at DevCon 2025, for the fourth year in a row

For the fourth consecutive year, Systematic is stepping in as Main Partner at DevCon 2025, reinforcing its long-term commitment to our tech community of 100.000 software developers and IT professionals. Their continued support not only strengthens our mission, but also ensures that high-impact, content-rich experiences remain at the heart of DevCon’s identity.

As Main Partner, Systematic is ensuring innovation and expert speeches on the Java Con and the DevOps Con, with three strong speakers, as well as a buzzing booth in the Expo-Area. 

• Stefan Teleu (Project Manager) will be opening the Java Con, setting the tone and energizing the audience for the following keynotes. 

Stefan has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years now, in different roles, starting out as a Software Developer and currently leading multiple teams as a Project Manager at Systematic for one of the company’s Command & Control software products for NATO member countries. 

• Mihaela Gheorghe-Roman (Software Architect) will join the Java Con with an insightful keynote on “Java Nostalgia and Fun Facts: 30 Years of Innovation”, celebrating Java's 30-year journey with a rich history, technical evolution, and interactive activities. 

She is a dedicated lead developer and architect who enjoys sharing her knowledge, both at tech conferences and in the academic environment – holding a PhD in artificial neural network algorithms. In her professional career, spanning over 14+ years, she worked for telecom and defence domains with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, C, C#, Scala and Angular. 

• Alexandru Dejanu (Senior Systems Engineer) will be taking you on a guided tour of Kubernets, on the DevOps Stage, fast-tracking your journey from APIs to operations.  

Alex is a Software Engineer, doing operations from 9 to 5, and a FOSS enthusiast at night. His experiences as a tech speaker not only ranges DevOps topics, but also some tech banter and maybe a meme or two.
